Organized by Sing for Love and coordinated by Love.Together@DB, the amazing "Sing for Love@DB 2018 Cantonese Opera Annual Performance" held at DB (North) Community Hall wowed near 400 audiences on 8 July through excellent performances by 40 DBers aged from six to 80 years old, while making some record-breaking achievements in DB.

Not only did the DB Community Hall record a full house for the first time since its opening, the stunning event was also the most professional and largest Cantonese Opera event fully performed and organized by DBers in the history of Discovery Bay. Thanks to the hard work of the students from the Sing for Love's DB adult and kid Cantonese Opera training classes which have started since September 2017 and the immense support from several DB volunteers who made these records together. A big applause should also go to the teachers who successfully trained up some performers started from ground zero in this art or having zero knowledge to Chinese characters before.

Viewing the many happy faces in the Community Hall, we can proudly say the enjoyable event could truly achieve its mission of singing for love, care and togetherness in the community!
