Third Confirmed Case of Influenza A H1N1 in Discovery Bay

Please be advised that there is a third confirmed Influenza A H1N1 (Human Swine Influenza) case in Discovery Bay.  City Management was just informed by Centre for Health Protection at 1:50p.m. today confirming a resident in No.1 Caperidge Drive, Peninsula Village has been infected with the captioned virus.

Same as the previous incidents, City Management has further strengthened the measures by stepping up the frequency of the regular cleaning in all villages and conducting a thorough cleaning and disinfection in the concerned common areas.

All operation units in Discovery Bay, including Ferry, Bus, Clubs and Commercial Services Limited, have been informed and precautionary measures have also been stepped up.

Residents are advised to consult doctor promptly and inform City Management if you have developed influenza symptoms.

致：愉景灣各住戶

第三宗甲型流感H1N1確診個案

城市管理處於今天接獲衛生防護中心通知，一名居住於蘅峰村蘅欣徑 一號住戶已證實感染甲型流感H1N1（人類豬型流感），為愉景灣第三宗確診個案。

一如較早前的確診個案，本處已加強各村之常規清潔，並於受影響之公共地方進行徹底清潔及消毒。

城市管理處已通知所有於愉景灣內的部門（包括航運、巴士、所有會所及商業服務有限公司），並已適時加強有關之防預措施。

住戶如發現有流感徵狀，應立即求醫及通知城市管理處。
