Fluorescent Lamp Recycling Programme

We are pleased to inform you that City Management has successfully obtained the approval to join the Fluorescent Lamp Recycling Programme which is organized by the Environmental Protection Department.  Boxes for collecting the defective fluorescent tube and lamp have already been put at your Local Management Office (The Management Office for commercial tenants is situated next to the entrance of Fusion) and residents/tenants/schools are requested to put the burnt-off lamp and tube into the packing before depositing them in the collection box.  Moreover, the Local Management Office also provides boxes for the recycling of the used printer cartilage, old re-chargeable batteries.

We will continue working for a better living environment in Discovery Bay and your participation will definitely be a key to the success.

慳電膽及光管回收計劃

城市管理處參與由環境保護署推行之慳電膽及光管回收計劃，收集箱現已放置於各分區管理處內。請各住戶將回收之慳電膽及光管包裝妥善後交到分區管理處，廣場商戶可將回收物品交往Fusion側之分區管理處，住戶/租客/學校亦請將回收物品包好後放進回收箱。同時，本處亦提供回收箱回收舊打印機墨盒、碳粉盒及充電池。本處於每月月底將所收集之回收物品送到回收商作妥善處理。

本處會繼續與居民齊心合力提升愉景灣居住環境。
