To: All Residents of Discovery Bay

 

 

For the convenience of DB residents, management and renovation fees can be paid by PPS and online banking.

 

City management is pleased to announce that the PPS service will be available from 4 March 2009 (Wednesday). The merchant code of City Management (Discovery Bay Services Management Limited) is 9791; and each DB property has a six-digit account number in the monthly statement.

 

Meanwhile, the fees can also be paid via bill pay service of online banking effective from 4 March 2009. The 15 participating banks are: Aeon Credit Service (Asia) Co; Bank of China; Bank of Communications; Citibank; CITIC Ka Wah Bank; Dah Sing Bank; DBS Bank (HK); Fubon Bank; Hang Seng Bank; HSBC; Mevas Bank; Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd; The Bank of East Asia Ltd; Wing Hang Bank and Wing Lung Bank.

致 : 愉景灣各住戶

 

 

為向愉景灣居民提供更方便的服務，住戶的管理費和維修費將可透過「繳費靈」及網上銀行繳付。

 

城市管理處宣布，由2009年3月4日(星期三)起，引入「繳費靈」服務。城市管理處(「愉景灣服務管理有限公司」)的商戶編號為9791，而每個愉景灣物業的月結單都附上6位數字的帳戶號碼。

 

此外，住戶亦可由2009年3月4日起，透過15家銀行的網上銀行繳費服務，繳付管理費和維修費。這15家銀行是: Aeon信貸財務(亞洲)有限公司、中國銀行、交通銀行、花旗銀行、中信嘉華銀行、大新銀行、星展(香港)銀行、富邦銀行、恒生銀行、匯豐銀行、豐明銀行、上海商業銀行、東亞銀行、永亨銀行及永隆銀行。
