CINV is a feared side effect of chemotherapy that adversely affects quality of life, including the ability to perform routine tasks, eating and drinking, and enjoyment of leisure time with family and friends. Despite advance in treatment for CINV, patients still rank nausea and vomiting as their most brothersome chemotherapy side effect. CINV can be embarrassing, frustrating, frustrating and extremely distressing. If you do nothing about it, the symptoms may influence patients’ quality of life, both short and long term."
