To: All Discovery Bay Cyclists

 

 

There were some bicycle thefts recently in Discovery Bay. City Management will tighten up on the patrol and pay special attention to bicycle parking locations. You are also advised of the followings:

 

-           Avoid installing dismountable expensive accessories to your bicycle;

-           Use proper bicycle lock to secure your bicycle at designated location;

-           Do not keep bicycle at designated location for a long period of time.

 

If you find any suspects of theft, please call our 24-hour Customer Services hotline on 3651-2345; or call the Police directly.

 

Meanwhile, according to Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations (Hong Kong Ordinance Cap 374G), “No person riding a bicycle or tricycle on a road shall carry any other person. Offender will be subject to prosecution by the government.”

致：愉影灣各騎單車人士

 

 

愉景灣最近發生數宗單車盜竊案，城市管理處將加強巡查及留意單車停泊處，並提醒各車主注意以下事項:

-           避免裝置容易被拆走的貴重配件;

-           使用合適的單車鎖，將單車鎖在指定單車停泊處;

-           切勿長時間將單車停泊於指定單車停泊處。

 

若住戶發現任何懷疑盜竊案，請致電本處的24小時客戶服務熱線3651-2345、或直接聯絡警方。

 

此外，特此提醒各車主，根據香港法例第374G章《道路交通（交通管制）規例》，在道路上騎單車或三輪車的人，不得運載任何其他人，違規者將可能遭受檢控。敬希垂注。
