During the coming Chinese New Year, City Management Office will be closed in the public holidays from 26 January (Monday) to 28 January (Wednesday). In case of any emergency, please call our Customer Service Hotline at 3651-2345.

 

In addition, our company has issued guidelines for our staff in handling with the Chinese New Year Lucky Money (“Lei See”). Please note that no member of our staff is permitted to solicit or approach residents and service contractors individually for any “Lei See”. While we appreciate that some residents would still like to give “Lei See” during the Chinese New Year as an appreciation of staff’s service, all these will be used for staff amenities or recreation purposes.

 

Meanwhile, in accordance with traditional practice, all cleaners will have a day off on the Chinese New Year (26 January) and NO refuse collection service will be provided in Discovery Bay on that day. Collection of refuse will resume on 27 January (Tuesday).
