To: All Cyclists and Road Users of Discovery Bay

 

 

There were two traffic accidents recently, in which the cyclists hit the bus and suffered minor injuries. From both incidents, it was revealed that the accidents could have been avoided if greater attention to road safety be paid by the cyclists.

 

Cyclists and motorists should reduce speed and extend the distance between themselves and the vehicle in front. Cyclists and motorists are also advised to turn on headlights to improve visibility while driving at night.
