To : All Golf Cart Owners of Discovery Bay

 

It has come to our attention that many golf carts were not properly parked within the designated area in the Coastline Villa recently. We understand that golf carts are allowed to park at the entrance of the building in other Villages, but please be reminded that all golf carts and vehicles are strictly prohibited to park at the entrance of each building or the village pavement of Coastline Villa.

Any golf cart / vehicle being found not properly parked within the designated area will be impounded Without Further Notice. An impoundment charge of $320 will be imposed upon release. All golf cart owners are advised to inform your golf cart tenant of the above arrangement.
