It is come to our attention that recently a resident was injured when she was knocked down by a child who was skateboarding while walking on the pavement and she was subsequently taken to hospital for treatment.
In view of the above case, we would like to draw your attention that skateboarding or skating in the DB Plaza area, promenade, seawall or on pavements and driveways are unsuitable, as such activity may cause injury to other users. Parents / guardians are advised to make sure their children to carry out such activity in the appropriate areas and closely supervise their children to prevent accidents.
